KCBC runs on volunteer hours, God’s unending love, your prayers, and your generous donations. We want KCBC to be accessible to every 8-to-12-year-old who wants to be a camper. We know that camp brings memories, experiences, and friendships that serve to bring our campers closer to Jesus.

Your financial and prayerful support ensures that an inability to afford camp will never be the reason we have to say no to a child.

Please look at the options below to decide where you would like your funds directed. When giving, please use the exact phrase in the That is bolded so our team can route your funds correctly.

1. One-Time Donation - Supports our general operational funding model to run camp smoothly today and build reserves for the future. "KCBC One-Time Donation"

2. Campership Fund (Sponsor a Camper) - Provides direct financial aid to families, making camp affordable so more kids can attend. A gift of $410 fully covers one camper. "KCBC Campership"

3. Regular Giving - Helps immensely with long-term planning. Set up recurring monthly or annual payments to become a sustaining KCBC sponsor. "KCBC Regular Giving"

4. KCBC Legacy Fund - An income vessel focused on long-term growth and sustainability. Annually, 3.5% of this fund is withdrawn for camp needs, ensuring your gift works for generations to come. "KCBC Legacy Fund"

Tax Receipt Note: KCBC is a registered charity. Financial donations over $25.00 are tax-deductible.

Option A: Interac E-Transfer (Preferred)

E-transfer is a fast, secure, and easy option. Because KCBC has direct deposit set up, no security question is required. Depending on your bank, there are usually little to no fees, meaning KCBC receives 100% of your intended donation.

3. Important: In the message/memo line of your e-transfer, type the specific phrase from the table above (e.g., KCBC Campership) so we know exactly where to direct your funds.

Option B: Credit Card via CanadaHelps

If you prefer to give via credit card, you can do so through CanadaHelps.

• Please Note: CanadaHelps charges a processing fee (4.0% for one-time donations and 3.75% for recurring monthly donations) which is deducted from your gift before it reaches us.

• Tax Receipts: Your official tax receipt will be issued directly by CanadaHelps via email, as you are technically donating through their platform.
